On arrival, we enjoy a walking tour of Brussels covering the Old Town to enjoy the marvelous sightings at the Grand Place such as the guildhalls, city's Town Hall, the King's House or Breadhouse building containing the Museum of the City of Brussels. Walk down the adjacent street to see Belgium's favorite Manneken Pis statue - a small bronze statue of a little peeing boy. We than take a photo stop at the most iconic giant stainless-steel structure of Brussels, The Atomium, originally constructed for the 1958 Brussels World's Fair. We enjoy a delicious Indian meal at the restaurant before making our way to the hotel for our overnight stay.
Today spend time in Interlaken, a small town between 2 lakes - Lake Brienz and Lake Thun. Built on a narrow stretch of valley, Interlaken city is a traditional resort town in the mountainous Bernese Oberland region of central Switzerland. You can have a stroll through the Kursaal Garden, where you can see a statue of the renowned Indian filmmaker, the late Yash Chopra or enjoy free time at the hoheweg, which is Interlaken's main street.
Alternatively, why not take an optional excursion to Mt Jungfrau. If you take the Mt Jungfrau optional, we will drive towards Grindelwald Grund or Grindelwald to board our train to Jungfraujoch. Icy air sweeps over your face, snow crunches underfoot, and the panorama almost takes your breath away. On one side the view of the Swiss Mittelland towards the Vosges, on the other the Aletsch Glacier, lined with four thousand metre peaks. Standing on the Jungfraujoch you can feel it with your first step: this is a different world. On our journey on this cogwheel train, we admire the view of the amazing peaks of Eiger, Mönch and Jungfrau along the way. Disembark at Europe's highest railway station, which is at an elevation of 3,454 metres (11,332 ft). Upon arrival, enjoy breath-taking view of snow-capped mountains, Ice sculptures, Ice Palace, and Sphinx Terrace. Later with panoramic views, we board our train back to Eigergletscher station. From there we will join the new Eiger Express which is Europe's most modern cable car with a guaranteed Alpine experience at its best: on one side the largest north face in the Alps is within your reach, on the other the summit of the Bernese Prealps with Lauberhorn, Männlichen and Faulhorn and will just take 15 mins to reach Grindelwald Terminal. Enjoy an Indian meal before you get in some good night sleep.
